Terms & Conditions
Life Cover Leads website is owned by Ariston Bell.
The following is the terms and conditions of the programme, and constitutes a contract between the applicant, and Ariston Bell. If the business name of either party changes in the future, an amendment notice should be provided in writing, but this agreement will remain valid.
NUMBER OF LEADS:
The minimum number of leads you may register for in any one day is one, and the minimum number of leads in any one calendar month is 7*. There are no maximum restrictions. You may increase or decrease your daily / monthly limits at any time via the ticket system which is available within the members section (please provide 3 working days notice for this to take effect).
*We reset your monthly leads received to zero on the 1st of each month. We can not guarantee how many leads will be produced by our site at any one time, which may mean you will receive less than your monthly maximum cap.
HOLIDAYS:
You may suspend your account at any time, by contacting us through the ticket system, subject to the following:
- A suspension may not last for more than three consecutive weeks
- You will not be allowed more than 2 off / on switches in any one month
- Please allow 3 working days for your suspension to take effect
PAYMENT:
Life insurance leads cost £29.00. We will send out an invoice for the previous week's leads each Wednesday. Payment must be made to us within 5 working days by one of the methods as specified in the invoice: online banking transfer or cheque.
REFUND POLICY:
All forms of contact supplied with the lead must have been tried without success for the lead to qualify for a refund.
We will not charge you for a lead (or we will arrange for a refund of the fee if you have already paid for it) in the following circumstances:
- If the lead is from an obvious time waster (client name as Mickey Mouse, jbwejfw, etc)
- Duplicate of a prior lead
- Non UK residents
- Non contactable leads:
- Telephone number supplied does not correspond with the name given
- If a valid telephone number is not supplied and can not be obtained from other sources, and there is no reply to e-mails or letters (2 weeks must be allowed for a reply from the date the e-mail / letter is sent before applying for a refund)
Please keep evidence of all attempts to contact the lead.
Claims for a refund will not be considered if:
- The lead is more than 4 weeks old when a claim is made
- The client has either changed their minds or no longer requires life cover
- It can be proven that the lead contains the correct telephone number.
We reserve the right to alter this contract at any time, and will inform you of any amendments in writing with immediate effect.
This contract can be revoked at any time by either party, subject to one months notice. However, if the applicant fails to comply with this contract in any way, we reserve the right to revoke it without warning
